SR-1: MONTHLY RATE FOR RESIDENTIAL SEWER SERVICE
Each active residential account shall be billed on the basis of a two-part rate consisting of a customer charge and a volumetric charge based on metered water usage during the billing period.

The minimum monthly charge shall be the customer charge.
